Intellectual Property Rights
From C3 Systems we would like to share with you evidence that some national companies are unfairly exploiting our glazing systems and infringing intellectual and industrial property rights in Spain. We understand that their behavior is reprehensible and wrong from the point of view of good faith in the objective sense.
In view of the evidence obtained we cannot find any legitimate justification for this practice since they are taking advantages of efforts and reputation of C3 Systems, S.L in the Spanish market. In addition they are imitating our products and even making contents corresponding to C3 SYSTEMS.
or all these reasons, we commended them to correct immediately their attitude, reserving us the right to take appropriate legal action to defend our rights and interests.
